What will we do?

First you can meet with me individually on ZOOM, and I will help you envision your own simple "art spot" in your home, and we will talk about how you can carve out some art-time for you. I will help you decide on simple art materials for you to gather, give you simple ways to relax into your "imagination" to make "anyone-can-do-it art" and express what's in your heart. (Maybe you can also make an art spot for your child(ren), so they can be busy with art-making, when you are.)

A "HeARTspace for Parents ZOOM" will be held regularly. After you make art at home in your own art-making spot, you can share what you created and what you learned about yourself as you made the art with me and other parents. You can also just quietly listen to others. You will receive great support and affirmation through the group sharing.  If you need more one-on-one time with me, that can be arranged. 

Group sessions are offered by sliding scale of $0-$20 

Anyone can afford this. No explanation necessary.

Individual sessions are offered by contribute-what-you-can sliding scale of $0-$80 via paypal.
